Congratulations to Gestner Trust of Napier on the purchase of the top priced ram for R28,000. This ram (BT 240783), born as one of a twin, had breeding values of: number of lambs weaned per ewe lifetime +1.10 percent; weaning weight direct +1.13 kg; weaning weight maternal -0.34 kg; body weight +4.44 kg; clean fleece weight +0.40 kg; fibre diameter -0.20 micron and general merit of +18.44.
