On 18 June Region 5 hosted a Farmer’s Day at Brandfort. It was a very informative day supported by inspectors and Dohne breeders of the region. The morning session saw the manager explaining some very important aspects of the Dohne system where after the administrator gave a short Shepherd course. Region 5 had their club meeting in the afternoon and there after those that were able to, enjoyed a game drive through the park. Thanks is expressed to Region 5 for their fantastic organisation and we hope to see more breeders, both commercial and stud, at next year’s meeting. A very worthwhile day.
