Schietfontein Dohnes of Jannie and Niel Kruger, for the second year, sold Dohne Merino rams and ewes on the Gariep Genetics Sale at Philipolis. Commercial Dohne Merino ewes were sold for prices as high as R3000. A total of 42 Dohne Merino rams were offered and sold for the average price of R10 548. Mr. Henri van Schalkwyk bought the top priced ram at R21 000
