Hugh Collett, Phillipie and Japie Marais Held the 10th production sale of Lowmar Dohnes on Thursday, 30 January, on the farm Vervulling in the Cradock district. Lowmar Dohnes achieved excellent prices for the top rams that were selected for the cancelled national Dohne Merino sale. One of these superior rams was sold for the top Price of R31 000 to Mrrs. Adam and Tiaan Naude from Belfast. The average price for the 59 rams sold was R9 305. Excellent ewes of various ages and pregnancy status were on offer. The total of 309 ewes were sold at an average price of R2 400
