Izak Smit held the Piket Dohne Stud’s annual production sale on the 2nd August in the Eendekuil District. A total of 82 rams were offered and sold for the average price of R16 335. The highest priced ram on the sale was bought by Mullersvlei Dohne Stud of Marcellene van Rooyen, Calvinia , for R44 000. Young ewes sold for R2500 each.
