Bertus Mong staged a very successful production sale on the 7th of June 2016. The sale took place under excellent weather conditions contrary to the usual expectations of the attendees. The mixed farming unit includes a fruit farming unit as well as other livestock and also a high standing Hereford stud. It is clear that all farming activities are performed in a precision farming manner following strict scientifically proven guidelines. No wonder that buyers were very eager to obtain excellent rams with equally excellent figures. The sale was marked by the selling of three rams at the highest price of R20 000. A total of 57 rams were sold at an excellent average price of R10 228.00.
