Sales 2017 – Kromspruit Dohnes, Memel

The Kromspruit Dohne Merino stud’s production sale as usual produced an excellent sale result on account of the excellent quality (+ conformation) animals offered.   On the 9th of February 2017 the 47 rams on offer were sold at an average price of R11447.  Mr Danie Bruwer and son, Makwera Dohnes, Paul Roux paid the highest price of R29000 for a ram.  Mr Elof Muller from Mosselbay also bought two rams for the second and third highest price at R26000 and R24000 respectively.  Ewes were sold at an average price R2332 with a highest price of R3500 for a group of pregnant ewes.

The sale was also marked by the selling of a large number of Kromspruit Brafords, Simmentalers and Bovelder Cattle with a 100% sold result!
