Sneeuberg Dohnes sold 40 Dohne Merino rams on 07 February on their annual production sale. The average price for the rams was 13,600 and the top price was paid by Strydom farming for ZK220717. This “A” ram, born as one of a twin, had breeding values of: weaning weight direct +0.288 kg; weaning weight maternal -1.343 kg; number of lambs weaned per ewe lifetime -1.253 percent; clean fleece weight +0.272 kg; fibre diameter +0.182 micron and general merit +0.15.
