Wynand du Toit held the Suidplaas Dohnes production sale on 29 January, 2020. Suidplaas Dohnes, a regular top seller on the national sale, decided to the rams selected for the national sale, on this production in the wake of uncertainty regarding the effect of foot and mouth control measures on the national sale. These top quality rams were sold at high prices and the resultant highest price on the sale was R51 000 with a second highest price of R50 000. All 99 rams on offer were sold at the average price of R11 145.
