Twee Neefs Dohnes held a very successful production sale on 16 February 2024. Ewe prices varied between R2250 to R2750 for pregnant ewes and R1740 was paid for open ewes. a Seasonal high of R100,000 was paid for ram GW210311 by JJ Wessels of Edenville. This ram, born as a twin, had breeding values of: weaning weight direct +1.96kg; weaning weight maternal -1.28kg; number of lambs weaned per ewe lifetime -1.32 percent; clean fleece weight +0.35kg; fiber diameter +0.45 micron and a general merit of +3.89.
