Congratulations to Jaco Wessels of Edenville on the purchase of the top priced ram for R125,000. This ram, born as one of a triplet, had breeding values of: number of lambs weaned per ewe lifetime +1.71 percent; weaning weight direct +1.98 kg; weaning weight maternal +0.31 kg; body weight +2.40 kg; clean fleece weight +0.21 kg; fibre diameter -0.23 micron and general merit of +13.67.
