Vlakkloof Dohnes – Production sale – 2021

Vlakkloof Dohnes held a very successful production sale on 04 February 2021.  The total of 38 excellent rams were all sold at the average price of R11750.  The highest priced ram (R28,000) was sold to Mr. Simon Streicher (SFS BDY) and the second highest priced ram went to Mr. De Kock Cloete at R27 000.  Production figures for the highest priced ram, VK190464 was Weaning direct 0.678 Kg;  Weaning maternal 0.333 Kg; Number lambs weaned 1.456 percent; Clean fleece weight 0.429 Kg; Fibre diameter  -0.289 Micron.
