PP Mong Trust held their annual production sale on the 6th of June, 2023 on the farm Florina, in the district of Villiersdorp. A total of 50 Dohne Merino rams were sold at the average price of R14,920. Congratulations to Henriek Farming, Caledon, who bought the top priced ram at R36,000. The ram AB210196, born as one of a twin, had breeding values of: weaning direct +1.612 kg; weaning weight maternal +0.694 kg; number of lambs weaned +2.073 percent; clean fleece weight -0.017 kg; fibre diameter -0.776 micron; general merit +10.210 units.
