Stephen and Carel Mouton staged Olyvenbosch Dohnes’ extremely successful annual production sale on Thursday, 12 August, 2021, at the Eendekuil recreational hall. The total of 57 rams on offer were all sold for the average price of R14825 and the highest priced ram at R25,000 was sold to Mr Jan-Hendrik Visser, Piketberg. The ram, SP200264, born as one of a twin, had breeding values of: Weaning direct +3.027 kg; Weaning maternal +0.791 kg; Number of lambs weaned 5.05 Percent; Clean fleece weight +0.256; Fibre diameter +0.327.
