Steven and Carel mouton held Olyfenbosch Dohnes annual production sale on 11 August 2022. At this excellent sale, a total of 58 Dohne Merino rams were sold at the average price of R12,397.  The top priced ram at R28,000 was sold to Mr DH Wessels, Karsrivier, Bredasdorp.  This ram, SP210523 is one of a twin and had breeding values of: weaning weight direct +5.124 kg; weaning weight maternal +0.068 kg; number of lambs weaned +5.798 percent; clean fleece weight +0.282 kg; fibre diameter -0.677 micron; general merit +20.65 units.
