The Annual production sale of the Besters of Moorreesburg took place on the 11th August 2016. The Besters are known for being extremely meticulous farmers. Their management practices are of the highest degree of precision and extremely high production values are achieved. All rams offered for sale (48) were sold at an excellent average price of R10,335. The highest price achieved for a ram was R28,000 for a ram sold to Mr. Eksteen also of Moorreesburg.
