Hencil Dohnes – Production sale 2023

Hencil Dohnes held its 16th production on the 25th of January 2023.  A total of 62 excellent Dohne Merino rams were sold on the farm Grootvlei at the average price of R12,355.  Congratulations to WR Agri who bought the top priced ram at R50 000.  The ram VM200089,  had breeding values of :  weaning direct +3.410 kg; weaning maternal -0.659 kg; number of lambs weaned +0.659 percent; clean fleece weight +0.345 kg; fibre diameter -0.061 micron; general merit +12.090.

Pregnant ewes were sold a prices varying between R2,200 and R2500.
