The annual promotional sale of the Piketberg farmers took place on the 10th of August 2016. Dohne Merino breeder, Stephen Mouton, yearly present excellent rams for sale at the Piket Farmers Sale. This year was no exception and Stephen’s 50 rams were sold at an excellent average price of R9,870 each. The highest priced Dohne Merino ram was sold to Mr. Hennie Visser, Brandenburg, Graaff water. The sale was conducted by BKB, Western Cape.
